Isn’t this the cutest little pillow? Where do you find polka dotted felt? I want some pink and brown polka dot felt. Green and brown would be great, too.

I still have garlands on the brain and have used some of the terrific new scrapbooking papers I bought the other day to make a chocolate and pink heart garland. I wrapped it around my bannister, but I may hang it near the ceiling instead.

Stocking up on silly toys for the stockings at 50 to 75% off has become a bit of a tradition for me. Even the adults get toys and if you saw the way they ignored $500 gadgets to pretend they just sneezed green silly putty out…well, let’s just say those silly stockings are the highlight of every Christmas morning. I draw the line at spending $3 for a mini Etch a Sketch or a Silly Putty egg, though, so I stock up on little toys the year before.

I’ll probably visit Target three times this week, but I’ll have a new stash of toys for my Christmas box by the time I’m done.

Does anyone else do this? Or am I nuts to be shopping for next Christmas with 364 days to go?
